タイ王国にてカーボンニュートラルセミナーに登壇しました（ENG-FOLLOWS）

公益財団法人国際環境技術移転センター様（ICETT）が、タイ工業省工場局様（DIW）との共催により、開催されたカーボンニュートラルセミナーに、当社所長の浅井豊司が登壇しました。

本セミナーは、タイの食品関係中小企業等（日系企業含む）の脱炭素の取組を推進することを目的に、2月26日及び27日の2日間タイ・バンコク市内で開催され、2日間で延べ約200名が参加しました。

■概要

　公益財団法人国際環境技術移転センター（ICETT）は、2月26日及び27日の2日間、タイ・バンコク市内で、タイ工業省工場局（DIW）及び国際連合工業開発機関（UNIDO）との共催により、タイの食品関係中小企業等（日系企業含む）の脱炭素の取組を推進するため、カーボンニュートラルセミナーを開催しました。
　ICETTとDIWは、昨年5月に、タイ産業界のカーボンニュートラル促進等に係る協力について、覚書（MoU）を締結しており、今回のセミナーは、MoUにもとづく協力活動の一環として実施しました（今回が本年度3回目の実施）。
　尚、本セミナーについては、地球環境ファシリティ（GEF）プログラムの支援を受けています。

Fuluhashi Environmental Institute Shared Insights at Carbon Neutral Seminar in Thailand

ASAI Toyoshi, the head of Fuluhashi Environmental Institute, spoke at a carbon-neutral seminar organized by International Centre for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT) in collaboration with Department of Industrial Works (DIW) of the Thai Ministry of Industry.
The seminar was held on February 26 and 27 in Bangkok, Thailand, with the aim of promoting decarbonization initiatives among Thai food-related SMEs (including Japanese companies). There were approximately 200 participants over the two days.

• Overview

International Centre for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT) co-hosted a two-day seminar in Bangkok, Thailand, on 26 and 27 February with Department of Industrial Works (DIW) of Thai Ministry of Industry and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), to promote decarbonization initiatives mainly among Thai food-related SMEs (including Japanese companies).
ICETT and DIW signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in promoting carbon neutrality in Thai industry in May last year. This seminar was held as part of the cooperation activities based on the MoU (this was the third initiative to take place this year).
The seminar was supported by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) programme.
