At ecomoti, we bring employees to a high level of consciousness

ecomoti is a tool to stimulate employees’ environment friendly actions, and at the same time materialize their contribution to society. On the website ecomoti, we use a unit [seed] to report the carrying out of environment friendly actions, acknowledging the amount of points acquired. Each employee can donate his/her stocked [seed] to NPOs/NGOs acting to promote realization of more sustainable society, dealing with various issues such as starvation or AIDS. At ecomoti, we currently not only offer our support internationally, such as poverty reduction in developing countries, afforestation activities, aid to children, landmine detection and removal trainings, we also offer domestic support, such as local environment protection through selected NPO/NGO. With ecomoti, employees put into practice environment friendly actions. Through doing so, they get the opportunity to notice world problems we can’t just overlook. We can therefore bring employees to a high level of consciousness about environmental concerns. From enterprises perspective, employees’ environment friendly action, as well as the change of employees’ awareness level can be measured quantitatively through the accumulation of the [seeds]. Therefore, ecomoti enables companies to review and adjust their policies, trainings and programs to promote employees’ environmental awareness and action. Also, by participating to ecomoti, the company can join a platform of ecomoti participating companies and their social activities, leading to successful public relations.
